Welcome to the Registered Camper Information Page for the Summer of 2019!
Please note that the Parent Packet forms for 2019 will not be available until March 1st.
Please submit all digital paperwork and mail forms prior to April 1st.
Earlier than later is preferred!

New to Camp Augusta? Check out the
Late Parent Packets: Parent Packets received after April 1st, 2019 will be subject to a $50 service fee. Those received after April 25th, 2019 will be subject to a $100 service fee. We highly encourage you to get these forms in before your school’s spring break.
Why the extra fees? The office elves responsibility is to process these forms and get them ready for the Village Leaders and the Counselors. Once May arrives, the elves are outside and have less time on the computer, thus making April the best time for Parent Packets to be due.
If dropping your camper off by car, please plan to arrive on the first day of the session between 2 and 3 PM. Please do not arrive before 2 PM as our staff will be in a meeting and unable to greet you. On the last day of the session, please pick up your camper between 9 and 9:30 AM.

Please log in here to access your Augusta account. Under “Forms & Documents,” you will find all relevant forms for your camper(s). Please use the same email address you have used in the past and the password you created during the registration process. We suggest allowing 30-40 minutes per camper to complete these forms.

Camper Health History Form – digital form required for every camper.
Certification of Camper’s Health (digital form, contains option to waive Physician’s Exam)
Physicianﾒs Exam – OPTIONAL – must be filled out with current information (within 6 months of the start of the session) by a medical professional and mailed in. (only needed if you choose not to personally certify your camper’s health on the Certification of Camper’s Health)
And (if applicable):
– A letter from your camper’s mental health professional attesting to their needs, therapy, and expectations for Camp (more information about this on the Camper Health History Form).
