*Note that this page is for campers who are officially registered to attend one of our summer sessions this year. If you are interested in signing  your camper up for this summer, click  here  to send us  your contact information.

Summer Camp Arrival and Departure Info

If dropping your camper off by car, please plan to arrive on the first day of the session between 2 and 3 PM. Please do not arrive before 2 PM as our staff will be in a meeting and  unable to greet you.  On the last day of the session, please pick up your camper between 8:20am and 9am – Breakfast starts at 8am, if you arrive before 8:20am, we may ask you to leave and come back again to ensure we have space for our busses.

Please log in here to access your Augusta account. Under “Forms & Documents,” you will find all relevant forms for your camper(s).  Please use the same email address you have used in the past and the password you created during the registration process.  We suggest allowing 30-40 minutes per camper to complete these forms.

Camper Health History Form – digital form required for every camper.

AND

Certification of Camper’s Health (digital form, contains option to waive Physician’s Exam)

OR

Physician’s Exam – OPTIONAL – must be filled out with current information (within 6 months of the start of the session) by a  medical professional and mailed in.  (only needed if you choose not to personally certify your camper’s health on the Certification of Camper’s Health)

And (if applicable):

– A letter from your camper’s mental health professional attesting to their needs, therapy, and expectations for Camp (more information about this on the Camper Health History Form).

We strongly recommend that families look into a Cancel for Any Reason insurance plan. To help narrow down your options, we have created a document with a few of the insurance companies that are out there. *Please note, most plans require that you purchase an insurance plan within 20 days* of your first payment/deposit  in order to receive the ‘cancel for any reason’ coverage.
