Arrival by CAR Information
Arrival is on Thursday, June 4
Please aim to arrive by car between 3:30 and 3:45pm.
Once campers are checked in, they will meet their cabin mates and get settled into their cabins!
Departure is on Saturday, June 6
Please arrive to pick up your camper between 10:00 and 10:15 a.m.
Please note that your campers final activity will end at 9:45 so please do not arrive too early
Arrival by BUS Information
Arrival Day: Thursday, June 4
Meet at the Piedmont Community Center by 12:30pm (across from Wells Fargo Bank).
The bus will leave Piedmont at 1pm sharp.
Departure Day: Saturday, June 6
Bus will depart camp at 10:15am
Bus will arrive at the Piedmont Community Center at approximately 1 or 1:15pm.
(We have GPS tracking that you can follow once the bus leaves camp!)
Camp Augusta reserves the right to cancel the bus as we get closer to the summer.
Please…
- Bring a completed Medical Update Form (we will email this to you one week before your session)
- Have any/ALL medications stored in their ORIGINAL CONTAINERS inside a ZIPLOCK bag labeled with your camper’s name and cabin.
- MAIL in or pay online STORE money in advance.(Lazy Dog costs are now included in registration fees BTW)!
To provide a safe and enjoyable bus trip for ALL, please review the following rules with your camper…
- All campers must stay on the door side of the bus during loading & unloading.
- All campers must remain seated and facing forward at all times
- The noise level should not exceed the comfort level of the bus driver.
- No electronics (phones, tablets, etc.), food, or candy will be allowed.
How do we get to the bus stop?
Google Maps Link: Piedmont Park near 700 Highland Ave, Oakland Ave
1. From 580 East, exit on Oakland/Harrison Ave. and stay in the left lane.
2. At the stoplight, turn left under the freeway and go through the next light.
3. Continue up the hill and merge into the center lane before the stop sign.
4. Proceed down the hill and cross Grand Ave.
5. Continue up the hill until reaching Highland Ave. Turn right.
6. Continue around the edge of the park.
7. Park Highland Ave or Guilford Rd.
