My miniature pony, Angel, and my young horse, Xena
Hailey

I’m currently in university studying Disability Studies, with hopes of becoming a teacher one day. I’ve always loved working with children and have gained experience in daycares, outdoor therapy clinics, schools, group homes, and of course horse camps and riding programs. As soon as I aged out of camps, I started to work at them, specifically horse camps. Horses have been my lifelong passion, and I spend as much of my free time with them as possible. I’ve raised, trained, and competed with my own horses for years, and I’ve been teaching riding lessons for the past eight years. I believe you can never stop learning, so I’ve trained under many talented horse people. My coach has a coach, and that coach has a coach too!

My name is Hailey, and I’m 21 years old from Ontario, Canada.

I’ve explored a variety of riding disciplines including English, Western, reining, roping, jumping, bareback, and my favorite barrel racing. You could say I’m a real life cowgirl! I currently have two horses at home: my miniature pony, Angel, and my young horse, Xena. They’re best friends and ridiculously cute.
My goal this summer is to share my love of horses with campers whether we’re riding in the arena, heading out on trail rides, swimming with the horses, or simply brushing and bonding with them. Horses have been a huge part of my life, and as a certified coach and professional, I’m so excited to share my knowledge and passion with the next generation of cowgirls.
