Hey, my name’s Jack Brown and I’m mega excited to be working and learning at Camp Augusta this summer. I’m a young British boy who’s never been on the west coast before but can’t wait to experience some classic California sun.

I have 2 major passions in life, music and skateboarding, both have been very important to me since I was just a young buck and I’ve carried that passion all the way through school and then through law school, learning and education has always been important to me and I feel that if you’re not learning you’re not truly living. Music is something I physically feel , I play several instruments and sing in a band https://soundcloud.com/holy-roller-novocaines , although I preference music with guitars and passion I also love all sorts ranging from old school hip hop to 50s rock’ n’ roll , I have always felt that music can be the great diffuser in life and I personally use it to relax and shift in emotionally moments be it playing my own or just listening to music. My other true love is skateboarding and indeed any sort of boarding, including snowboarding and mountain boarding, the latter is something I’m very excited to be facilitating and teaching this summer and I can’t wait to insert my wisdom into the clinic.

I grew up in a tiny village about an hour south of London , the type of village where the shop is also the post office and doctors surgery , it was a peaceful childhood however I always wanted bigger more adventurous things , hence my decision to come to Camp Augusta and the united states. One thing I’m hoping to get out of my summer is a sense of fun and adventure, I can’t wait to be up on high ropes, rolling down a hill on a mountain board or making some awesome tie dye.
