Hello there!

My name’s Robert, a 20 year “giant” according to my friends. Standing at 6’8″ and with a head of long brown locks, I hail from the island of Ireland and as you can probably tell from the pictures, I quite enjoy photography and without a doubt, camping.

While combining the two is fun, I can’t forget my love of cooking, cycling and animals, even taking up on the ways of our ancestors by tree climbing. I don’t want to spoil to much for the budding campers so I will keep this short and sweet. Any friends of the forest is a friend of mine, I take pride in ecology and the wonder that the natural world has brought to us all, I bring enthusiasm, an open mind and a humble heart with me to Camp Augusta and I hope you’ll do the same.

See you on the woodchips this summer, I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fun!

Actually cooking the steak on an open fire with a fish handheld griller.

Don’t forget to bring a trash bag ^_^ Nobody needs to see your litter

This is my friend and I discussing the logistics of me cooking a steak later

Here’s my bike. it’s taken me far and will be one of the things i’ll miss most this summer
